PEMBINAAN UMKM PEMBUATAN MIE IKAN TENGGIRI DI DESA RESAM LAPIS KABUPATEN BENGKALIS

The community service program conducted by Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Syariah (STIES) Bengkalis in Resam Lapis Village aimed to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through training in mackerel fish noodle production as a local superior product. Held on June 19, 2023, the activity involved lecturers and students specializing in economics and entrepreneurship. The methods applied included demonstration, participatory learning, and problem-solving. The results showed improved technical skills, product quality, business management, and digital marketing understanding among participants. Despite challenges such as limited capital and low technological use, management training, financial access, and business digitalization helped strengthen MSME independence and professionalism. This program is expected to promote sustainable community economic growth aligned with Islamic economic principles.
