Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance in the context of modern organizations. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the extent to which these two psychosocial variables contribute to shaping productive work behavior and increasing individual effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been selected purposively. The research instrument was tested through validity analysis using corrected item-total correlation and reliability with Cronbach Alpha, which showed that all items in the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance were declared valid and reliable. The results showed that all indicators in the three variables had a high level of validity and reliability, and showed a significant relationship between job satisfaction and work motivation on improving employee performance. These findings strengthen the theoretical basis that the affective and cognitive aspects of employees are determinant factors in creating quality work output. The implications of this study underline the importance of a psychological well-being-based management strategy to improve organizational productivity sustainably. This study also recommends the need to develop human resource policies that are more responsive to the intrinsic needs of employees.
