Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of bullying in elementary school settings and efforts to prevent it through awareness-raising activities in order to create a safe and comfortable school environment. The study employs a qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were fourth-grade students at Paberrasan 1 Elementary School. The results indicate that initially, some students did not fully understand the concept of bullying and tended to view behaviors such as teasing and exclusion as normal. However, following the implementation of the awareness campaign, there was an increase in students’ understanding of the forms and impacts of bullying. Additionally, changes in students’ attitudes were observed, such as increased empathy, concern, and courage in social interactions
