DINAMIKA DAN EFEKTIVITAS PPL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SERTA PROFESIONALISME CALON GURU DI SDN MARENGAN DAYA I

This study aims to examine the dynamics and effectiveness of the School Field Introduction Program (PPL) in order to improve the competence and professionalism of prospective teachers at SDN Marengan Daya I. The scope of the study includes how the PPL experience contributes to the development of prospective teachers' abilities in designing differentiated learning based on literacy and numeracy, understanding the diversity of student learning styles, and implementing meaningful contextual learning. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, which is analyzed based on the implementation of PPL in partner schools. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of effective and dynamic PPL can support the improvement of prospective teachers' competence significantly. Through this approach, prospective teachers not only strengthen their teaching skills but also develop professionalism in creating adaptive, inclusive, and learner-centered learning. The level of effectiveness of PPL is highly dependent on intensive guidance from mentor teachers, the suitability of placement with the field of expertise, and the readiness of prospective teachers in implementing innovative learning approaches such as differentiated learning.
