ANALISIS PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MANAJEMEN MUTU SEKOLAH DI MI BAITUSSALAM

The principal is the highest authority in the school who is responsible for managing all educational and administrative activities, as well as establishing relationships with the community in order to achieve the school's objectives. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the role of the principal as a leader in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of school quality management at MI Baitussalam. Education itself is a process designed to help students develop their abilities, knowledge, skills, and character to become useful individuals. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach based on interviews with the principal of MI Baitussalam. The results of the study show that the principal of MI Baitussalam has carried out his role as a leader quite effectively in improving school quality management and is able to set a vision, mission, and goals for the school that are oriented towards improving the quality of education.
