Abstract

This study aims to describe the management process of educators and education personnel at MI Muhammadiyah Ngrobyong, which includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and strategies for developing teacher competence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews and observations involving the principal, teachers, and education staff. The results show that the planning of teacher needs is carried out at the end of each semester through evaluation meetings to review workloads and determine the necessity of new recruitment. Teachers are actively involved in the preparation of the school’s work programs along with other stakeholders. Teaching assignments are arranged by the vice principal for curriculum affairs, considering subject relevance and administrative compliance with Simpatika regulations. Teacher performance is evaluated through supervision conducted by the principal and the official teacher performance assessment (PKG) together with the madrasah supervisor. To enhance teacher competence, the madrasah regularly sends teachers to seminars, workshops, and KKG activities. The main challenge faced is the lack of teachers with expertise in general subjects. The principal addresses this issue by hiring external instructors. Overall, the management of educators and education personnel at MI Muhammadiyah Ngrobyong is considered effective, characterized by structured planning, continuous professional development, and strong coordination among all madrasah components
