PEMANFAATAN SUMBER PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK

Education plays a crucial role in shaping a quality future generation. Learning motivation is a key factor influencing students’ success in both academic achievement and personal development. This article discusses the importance of utilizing diverse learning resources to enhance students’ learning motivation. Learning resources include various forms, such as printed materials, digital media, natural objects, cultural artifacts, and resource persons. The article highlights two types of learning resources: those specifically designed for learning (learning resources by design) and those utilized incidentally (learning resources by utilization). Selecting and utilizing appropriate learning resources that align with learning objectives and students’ needs can create an effective and meaningful learning process. Additionally, learning motivation—both intrinsic and extrinsic—plays a significant role in increasing students’ participation and learning outcomes. A combination of innovative teaching strategies, the use of relevant media, and synergy between teachers and students is essential in creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment. This article provides recommendations for educators to enhance their skills in selecting and utilizing learning resources, thereby improving the quality of education overall.
