ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI DI SDN BANGSELOK 1

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing an inquiry learning model in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students in Natural Science (IPA). The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques. Data were collected through observations and interviews with science teachers at SDN Bangselok 1. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively to describe the process of implementing the inquiry model and its impact on student activity and understanding. The results showed that the inquiry learning model was able to increase students’ activity, curiosity, and critical thinking skills. Students no longer played a passive role as recipients of information, but were actively involved in the process of observation, experimentation, and independent discovery of concepts. The implementation of this model was proven to have a positive effect on improving science Learning outcomes of fifth-grade students. The obstacles found were limited time and teacher readiness in designing learning, but these can be overcome through good planning and support from school facilities. Overall, the inquiry learning model is effectively implemented in science learning because it is able to create meaningful and sustainable learning experiences.
