FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEBERHASILAN YANG MEMPENGARUHI TUMBUH KEMBANG ANAK DALAM PENGASUHAN DI DAYCARE ATHAHIRA SEWON BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Early childhood represents a critical golden age ini human development where intensive, comprehensive stimulation directly shapes future cognitive, social, and emotional architecture. The socio-economic shift toward dual-income households significantly increases the reliance on reliable child-care alternatives. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the critical success factors determining holistic childhood growth and development under the institutional care of Daycare Athahira Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta. A quantitative descriptive method paired with a cross-sectional approach was implemented. The study involved a purposive sample of 22 respondents comprising caregivers, administrative personnel, and parents. Empirical metrics were captured utilizing a triad of data gathering: structured questionnaires, direct field observations, and institutional documentation, subsequent to univariate percentage distribution analyses. The evaluation metrics revealed that core caregiving parameters performed in optimal echelons: caregiver pedagogic competence stood at 81.8%, developmental stimulation programs reached 77.3%, structural daycare environmental safety marked 90.9%, and collaborative parental involvement scored 72.7%. Consequently, child developmental milestones scored an exceptional 86.4% success alignment. Successful child progression in surrogate environments is profoundly driven by the clinical quality of holistic caregiving parameters and an integrated, high-fidelity communicative synergy between institutional caregivers and home environments.
