DAMPAK SOSIAL FENOMENA AI-GENERATED CONTENT TERHADAP IDENTITAS DAN INTERAKSI GENERASI Z

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah memunculkan fenomena AI-generated content (AIGC) yang semakin mendominasi ruang digital dan mengubah cara informasi diproduksi serta dikonsumsi. Fenomena ini menimbulkan implikasi sosial yang signifikan, khususnya dalam pembentukan identitas digital dan pola interaksi sosial Generasi Z yang tumbuh dalam ekosistem digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sosial AIGC terhadap identitas dan interaksi Generasi Z di ruang digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah dari berbagai database akademik. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dengan mengikuti alur PRISMA untuk memastikan validitas dan relevansi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AIGC berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan identitas digital Generasi Z yang lebih dinamis namun cenderung terfragmentasi, serta memunculkan krisis autentisitas akibat kaburnya batas antara konten yang dihasilkan manusia dan AI. Selain itu, AIGC mengubah pola interaksi sosial menjadi lebih cepat dan berbasis teknologi, namun cenderung menurunkan kualitas relasi sosial, terutama dalam aspek kepercayaan dan kedalaman interaksi. Kesimpulannya, AIGC memiliki dampak yang bersifat ambivalen, yaitu di satu sisi meningkatkan kreativitas dan efisiensi komunikasi digital, tetapi di sisi lain menimbulkan tantangan sosial terkait autentisitas dan kualitas interaksi sosial Generasi Z.
