STRATEGI PEDAGANG BAJU ONLINE DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN DENGAN PEMBAYARAN QRIS DI KOTA MEDAN AREAAbstract
The development of digital technology drives fundamental changes in Indonesia's trading system, particularly through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment instrument. This research aims to analyze the strategies of online clothing merchants in increasing income through the utilization of QRIS in Medan City. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature studies, with data sources from indexed journals, e-books, and official reports related to QRIS implementation. Data analysis was conducted thematically following the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that the use of QRIS contributes to increased transaction efficiency, consumer trust, and market access expansion. However, limitations in digital literacy and technological infrastructure remain obstacles to optimizing the digital payment system at the local level.
