Pemahaman Mengenai Wali Allah Dalam Al-Qur'an Dari Perspektif Tafsir Maudhui: Mengungkap Misteri Tentang Wali Allah Dan Karamahnya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the understanding of the concept of wali Allah in the Qur'an from the perspective of tafsir maudhui. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning and mystery of wali Allah and the karamah they possess. In the Qur'an, wali Allah is defined as a figure of a servant of Allah who is faithful and pious, who does not feel fear or sadness, and then has a high position in His sight. Wali Allah is given a gift in the form of karamah (specialness) or advantages given by Allah as a form of support and assistance in upholding religion. Karamah is different from the miracles possessed by the prophets and the privileges of wali are not achieved through extreme efforts such as magic. However, on the other hand, karamah can also be a test for wali to remain humble and steadfast in faith. Through this article, various verses of the Qur'an are reviewed which emphasize that wali Allah are those who are consistent in faith and piety, and reject any claims of sainthood that are not based on true faith. Using a Maudhui interpretation approach, this article presents a comprehensive understanding of the nature of Allah's saints and their karamah as a spiritual phenomenon that strengthens the faith of Muslims.
