This research examines the influence of human resource management (HR) practices on employee engagement and employee turnover rates in training institutions located in East Java, Indonesia. Using quantitative methods, this research involved 250 employees from 10 training institutions in the region. Findings show that effective HR practices, such as ongoing training, performance recognition, and career development, have a positive effect on employee engagement. In addition, employee engagement has been shown to have a significant negative relationship with employee turnover rates. This research provides practical insights for training institution managers in designing HR strategies to increase engagement and reduce employee turnover
