Analisis SWOT terhadap Implementasi Sistem HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Talenta di PT. Dealer Hayyu Pratama

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Talenta di PT. Hayyu Pratama Dealer melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pihak HRGA sebagai narasumber utama untuk menggali pemahaman mengenai efektivitas fitur, tantangan operasional, serta peluang pengembangan dari sistem Talenta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Talenta memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efisiensi manajemen SDM, terutama dalam aspek absensi real time, pengelolaan administrasi karyawan, dan integrasi data untuk mendukung proses payroll. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan seperti kendala teknis dan ketergantungan pada jaringan internet yang dapat memengaruhi stabilitas penggunaan. Selain itu, peluang pengembangan sistem dan ancaman terkait keamanan data serta persaingan dengan HRIS lain menjadi faktor strategis yang perlu diperhatikan. Secara keseluruhan, Talenta dinilai efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital perusahaan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan SDM.
