Abstract

The strengthening of digital marketing strategies has become an essential requirement for PT BKI Samarinda Branch as the increasing competitiveness of the maritime industry demands effective adaptation to rapidly evolving digital technologies that significantly influence customer engagement and brand visibility. This community service activity was delivered through a structured sharing session designed to enhance employees’ digital awareness and broaden their understanding of key digital marketing components such as content optimization, social media utilization, search engine optimization (SEO), and data-driven decision-making. The discussion revealed that participants demonstrated improved comprehension of how integrated and sustained digital marketing strategies can reinforce organizational competitiveness in alignment with findings by Berlilana et al. (2025) and Jusuf (2022) regarding the positive impact of digital relevance on customer interaction. The activity also emphasized the importance of long-term planning and internal collaboration to ensure continuity in digital marketing efforts, enabling PT BKI to strengthen its market position and remain adaptive in a dynamic business environment.
