The Effect of Soft Skills on Industrial Work Practices of Students of Modeling Design and Building Information Program of SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Currently, the level of soft skills ability of vocational high schools still needs special attention for the world of education. Therefore, in overcoming the lack of soft skills ability level, there needs to be a movement from the school to overcome this problem towards Industrial Work Praktice. This study aims to analyze the effect of soft skills on industrial work practices of students of the Building Modeling and information Design program of SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data trought distributing questionnaires to students of the Building Modeling and Information Design Program. The sample in this study was 30 respondents consisting of class XI and class XII. The data was processed through the SPSS version 25 program with simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that soft skills have a significant effect on industrial work practices for students of the Building Modeling and Information Design program at SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo with at value of 6.985 with a significance value of 0.000 < α = 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.635, which means that soft skills have an influence on industrial work practices by 63.5%.
