Pengembangan Buku Ajar Muhadatsah Berbasis KontekstualKomunikatif untuk Mahasiswa PBA UNIK Cipasung dengan Model R&D Borg and Gall

This study aims to develop a systematic, relevant, and contextual muhadatsah (Arabic conversation) textbook for students of the Arabic Language Education Program at Universitas Islam KH. Ruhiat (UNIK) Cipasung. The textbook was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg and Gall model, which involves ten stages of development. The resulting product consists of 26 chapters, each containing four components: vocabulary (mufrodat), dialogues (hiwar), grammar (qawa'id), and exercises (tamrinat). Validation by content experts showed a feasibility rate of 92%, while design experts rated it at 88%. A limited trial involving 30 fourth-semester students indicated a positive response, with an average satisfaction rate of 90%. This textbook is expected to serve as a practical learning resource that supports students' proficiency in Arabic conversation. Further research is recommended to develop a digital or application-based version of the textbook.
