Blended Learning sebagai Solusi Pembelajaran di Era Digital: Studi Kasus di SMA Al-Wahyuni

The development of digital technology requires education to present adaptive and relevant learning models. This study aims to examine the implementation of blended learning as a learning solution in the digital era in local community-based schools. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method at Al-Wahyuni High School, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of the principal, teachers, technical staff, and students. The results of the study indicate that despite limited infrastructure and digital literacy, the school was able to implement blended learning with the flipped classroom and station rotation models in stages. This implementation increases student motivation and engagement and triggers learning innovation by teachers. Challenges such as limited devices and internet access are overcome through the support of the school community, including the "Guru Berbagi" program and the "Sahabat Digital" team. In conclusion, blended learning can be implemented effectively in village schools with a collaborative and contextual approach that adapts to local characteristics. These findings provide inspiration that digital education innovation does not depend on facilities, but on the spirit of mutual cooperation and the readiness of all parties to adapt
