Abstract

Training on Creating Google Forms for Effective Data Collection in PKK Group Activities in RW. 012 was held at the RPTRA Cibubur Berseri Hall, Cibubur Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta with the aim of improving their skills in creating Google Forms for Effective Data Collection in PKK Group Activities in RW 012. In today's digital era, the ability to use information technology has become a basic need, including for community organizations at the village level. Through this training, participants were equipped with a practical and applicable understanding of the process of creating, distributing, and managing data using Google Forms. The training method consisted of interactive presentations, direct practice using mobile phones, as well as discussion and question and answer sessions to deepen the material. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills. They were able to develop various types of digital forms relevant to organizational needs, such as family health surveys, attendance data collection, and activity evaluations. In addition, this activity also contributed to improving the community's digital literacy and it is hoped that they will be better able to produce better activity reports with more effective, fast and efficient data collection. Furthermore, this training is expected to foster better collaboration among administrators, create a solid network, and increase accountability and transparency in managing activities in their areas. This training is expected to stimulate technology-based innovation within other community organizations in RW 012, Cibubur Village.
