Training and strengthening swimming skills through dryland physical exercises is important to support the improvement of swimmers' performance. This topic was chosen because water-based training alone is not sufficient to optimize muscle strength, balance, speed, and coordination of swimmers. This community service uses both theory and practical dryland physical training methods, involving various exercises such as resistance bands, sticks, ropes, as well as yoga and pilates exercises for muscle strengthening and flexibility. The program is conducted systematically and continuously with periodic evaluations of the athletes' progress. The results of the service show an increased understanding among coaches in designing measurable and varied training, as well as building effective communication between coaches, athletes, and related parties. Coaches are able to identify athletes' weaknesses and provide appropriate physical training solutions. In conclusion, dryland physical training is an essential complement to swimming training programs that can enhance athletes' performance quality. This training also encourages innovation and creativity among coaches in developing more effective training methods.
