Abstract

This Community Service aims to enhance the gross motor skills of early childhood in the Tapos Sekartaji area through the implementation of a healthy exercise program. The Community Service (PKM) implementation method involves several stages, beginning with needs identification and program socialization to parents and managers of child facilities in Tapos Sekartaji. Subsequently, the implementation team provides direct training and mentoring to the children through specially designed healthy exercise sessions that are interactive, varied, and appropriate for their developmental stage. The exercise material includes basic movements such as jumping, running, balancing, and body part coordination. Evaluation is conducted through participatory observation of children's participation and enthusiasm during the exercise sessions, as well as feedback from parents regarding changes in their child's motor behavior at home. The activity results showed a significant positive response from both children and parents. Children appeared more active, confident in their movements, and demonstrated improvements in coordination and balance
