DIGITALISASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH UNTUK REMAJA: PEMANFAATAN APLIKASI KEUANGAN HALAL BAGI SISWA SMAS ZULHIJJAH MA BULIAN BATANGHARI

This community engagement research aims to enhance digital sharia financial literacy among students of SMAS Zulhijjah MA Bulian Batanghari through the use of halal financial applications. The background of the problem indicates that despite teenagers' familiarity with digital technology, their understanding of sharia financial principles and the use of sharia-based financial applications remains limited. This could potentially distance them from sharia-compliant economic practices in the future.
The implementation method for this activity uses an educative-participatory approach, featuring a series of interactive workshops, simulations on using halal financial applications, and group discussion sessions. The material presented covers an introduction to basic sharia economic principles, the importance of avoiding usury (riba) and impermissible transactions, types of sharia financial applications (e.g., sharia digital payments, sharia investments, sharia personal financial management), and practical tips for their daily use.
The results of the activity show a significant increase in students' understanding of digital sharia financial concepts and a heightened interest in adopting halal financial applications. The students' active participation in simulation and discussion sessions indicates that this method is effective in transferring practical knowledge and skills. Recommendations from this program emphasize the importance of integrating digital sharia financial education into school curricula and fostering continuous collaboration with sharia financial institutions to equip the younger generation with comprehensive and sharia-compliant financial literacy.
