SOSIALISASI DAN IMPLEMENTASIKAN AKAD-AKAD SYARIAH DALAM TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI DI KALANGAN ANGGOTA BADAN KONTAK MAJELIS TAKLIM (BKMT) MASJID FABIANSYAH PUTRA KOTA JAMBI

Abstract

This community service aims to socialize and implement Sharia contracts (akad) in buying and selling transactions among members of the Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) of Fabiansyah Putra Mosque in Jambi City. The background for this activity is the minimal understanding among the community, especially mosque congregants, regarding the principles of Sharia-compliant buying and selling transactions in Islam. This lack of literacy potentially leads to muamalah (Islamic transactional) practices that do not comply with Sharia provisions, even unknowingly.The implementation methods for this activity include interactive counseling, group discussions, and simulations of Sharia-based buying and selling transactions. The socialization material covers various types of Sharia contracts such as murabahah, salam, istishna', ijarah, and musyarakah, as well as the pillars (rukun) and valid conditions (syarat sah) of contracts in Islam.The results of this community service show a significant increase in the understanding and awareness of BKMT members regarding the importance of Sharia-compliant buying and selling transactions. Participants were also able to identify non-Sharia-compliant buying and selling practices and were motivated to implement these principles in their daily lives. It is hoped that this activity can contribute to the creation of a stronger Sharia economic ecosystem within the community of Jambi City, especially among the congregants of Fabiansyah Putra Mosque
