Sosialasi Anti Rasuah Dan Dampak Rasuah di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu di Tinjau dari SudutPandang Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

Corruption is one of the main problems that hinder development in Indonesia. The world of education has a strategic role in instilling the values ​​of integrity and anti-corruption to the younger generation. Therefore, this community service program aims to increase the awareness and understanding of school principals about the importance of anti-rosuah (anti-corruption) values ​​in education governance. This socialization was held at the Rokan Hulu Regency Education Office with participants from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and high school principals. The activity methods included lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, and technical training in implementing transparency policies in schools. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of anti-corruption principles, implementation of transparency policies, and strengthening internal monitoring systems in their respective schools. Based on a participant satisfaction survey, 95% stated that this activity was very useful, and 80% of participants expressed their commitment to implementing integrity values ​​in their schools. With this program, it is hoped that school principals will be able to become agents of change in building a culture of integrity in the educational environment.
