Abstract

The link between board gender diversity and profitability has attracted significant attention in academic and business circles over the past decade. Research in this area has produced a variety of findings, reflecting the complexity of the relationship and the influence of contextual factors. This study aims to determine the effect of board gender diversity on earning-per share, price-to-earnings ratio, and return on invested capital. This research uses the literature study method. Researchers found that board gender diversity has a significant positive effect on earnings-per share, price-to-earnings ratio, and return on invested capital
